What we can’t help with
Your Candy account, logins, payments, refunds, cancellations and anything inside the Candy app are handled by Candy’s own support, through its help center, not by us. Copyright and DMCA takedown procedure
What we publish: our own text, plus the official series posters Candy publishes, shown to identify each series. We don’t host, embed or link episodes, clips or leaked material, and we don’t link to sites that do. We respond to every request from rights holders.
If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, email contact@candyaishortsvideo.com with the subject “DMCA notice” and include:
- your name and contact details (postal address, phone number and email);
- the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
- the exact address (URL) of the page on this site, and which material on it you mean;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn’t authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We review each notice, remove or disable the material promptly when the notice is complete and valid, and tell you what we did. If you believe material was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice with your contact details, the material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent court; we’ll pass it on to the person who filed the notice.
What happens to your email
We use your message only to answer it and, for corrections and takedowns, to keep a record of what we changed. We don’t add you to any list and we don’t share your address. Read how we handle personal data for the details; how the site is funded is explained in our affiliate disclosure.
